Hotel/Condo Resort:
The Grande Shores Ocean Resort/Horizon at 77th (201 77th Ave. North, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572) is a single resort comprised of two properties. The Grand Shores is ocean front with hotel rooms as well as condos and the Horizon is diagonally behind the Grand Shores with condos only. Both properties sit on the east side of Ocean Boulevard, so there are no roads to cross to get to the beach no matter which property you choose.
Proposed Schedule:
Friday Evening: Check-in and "Meet & Greet" in Hospitality Suite.
Saturday Evening: Family party in Woods Banquet Hall, with Hors d' Oeuvres, cash bar and dancing.
Sunday Day: Beach barbeque at Myrtle Beach State Park.

Update 4/2/10
On Saturday night we will be having a reunion party in the banquet hall and will also be celebrating Bob & Irma Catton’s 60th Wedding Anniversary. I hope everyone can make it for the festivities. Things are shaping up nicely and I think a good time will be had by all.
I have added a link on the right to the Catton Family Tree Questionnaire and hope everyone will download it, fill it out and send it in, so the family book can be updated before July. Also, anyone that would like to email me their cell phone numbers, Penny is graciously helping by putting together a phone list for the reunion packet, so we can all be in touch while in Myrtle Beach.
Update 4/26/10
I also wanted to update you on the plans... Friday night we will have a BYOB meet and greet in the hospitality suite with a few munchies. The Saturday night party will be in the ballroom with Hors d' Ouvres, a cash bar and lots of dancing, and a 60th wedding anniversary cake. Then Sunday we will have a beach bar-be-que at Myrtle Beach State Park. I hope you all can make it.
